Our Making Process
Five essential steps from raw wood to finished product

Wood Selection
We carefully inspect each piece of raw lumber, selecting only the finest boards with straight grain, no cracks, and optimal moisture content.

Cutting & Shaping
Using precision tools and traditional techniques, artisans cut the wood to rough shape, following the natural grain for maximum strength.

Hand Carving
Each piece is carefully carved by hand to achieve the desired form, with attention to ergonomics and aesthetic balance.

Fine Sanding
Multiple rounds of sanding with progressively finer grits create an ultra-smooth surface that feels wonderful in the hand.

Natural Oil Finish
We apply food-grade natural oil to protect the wood and enhance its natural beauty.
